      作为瑞士典型的地方州立大学,苏黎世大学以学术卓越为突破口,在长期卓越价值追求、多主体协同治理、全方位科研协同、多方科研资金支持、多重生态逻辑驱动下,有效地推动了其学术卓越发展,已由一所典型的地方大学发展成为世界一流研究型大学。借鉴苏黎世大学学术卓越发展的成功经验,在我国"双一流"建设中,大学应以营造卓越价值文化创建世界一流、以多主体协同推进学术治理现代化、以全方位科研协同促生卓越成果、以多元融资确保资金充足,从而力促学术卓越发展。
英文摘要:
      As a typical local state university in Switzerland, the University of Zurich, with academic excellence as its breakthrough, driven by the pursuit for excellence value, multi-entity coordinated governance, all-around sci-tech collaboration, multiple R&D fund support and other multiple-ecological logic, has effectively pushed its academic excellence development, and becomes a world-class research university from a typical local university. With the reference to the successful experience of the University of Zurich in excellence development, the authors suggest that in the "double first-class" construction in China, universities should cultivate an excellence value culture in world-class university construction, promote academic governance modernization with multi-entity coordination, facilitate excellence achievements with all-around scientific collaboration and ensure adequate fund sources through multiple funding so as to push forward academic excellence development.
