研究生的创新素养是指研究生新异、有效地解决问题的能力,主要包含三个相互联系、彼此相依的要素:学术阅读、活性知识与创新能力。从教学来看,当下研究生的创新素养主要遭遇着"无我"的被动阅读、"无思"的课堂学习与"无问"的研究烦恼等学习之困。因此,研究生创新素养的培育则需讲解综述式的前沿知识,引导研究生主动阅读;阐述教师自己的新观点,激发研究生独立思考;探讨同问题的不同回答,启迪研究生多向提问。 |
英文摘要: |
The innovation competence of postgraduates means the ability by which postgraduates can solve problems creatively and effectively. It contains three interrelated and interdependent factors, i.e. academic reading, live knowledge, and creativity. However, in terms of the present teaching, the cultivation of the postgraduate innovation competence has been restrained in such quandaries as reading without self-chosen books, learning without thinking and research without questioning. Therefore, this paper suggests imparting frontier knowledge in overview in the cultivation of postgraduate innovation competence, guide them to read actively, explain new ideas of the teachers, encourage them to think independently, discuss the same problem with different solutions and inspire them to raise more questions from diversified viewpoints. |
