      叙事应用于非全日制教育硕士教学,可以搭建起教育理论与教育实践沟通与对话的桥梁,从而避免教学的理论化或技术化。基于叙事的模式具有故事性、对话性、反思性、生成性等特点。其教学流程为:课前阶段为学生撰写故事,教师布置和遴选故事;课堂阶段为学生对话故事,教师精讲引领;课后阶段为学生重叙故事,教师指导评价。具体实施还需要注意重构教育理论和教育实践的关系、明确叙事的价值定位、切实转变大学教师角色、控制班级规模、完善过程考核等问题。实践证明基于叙事的模式具有良好的教育效果。
英文摘要:
      The application of narrative in the teaching to part-time postgraduates in education can build a bridge to link educational theory and practice, so that the excessive theorization or technicalization can be avoided. The narrative-based teaching mode has the characteristics of storytelling, dialogue, rethinking and progress-facilitating. The teaching process is:pre-class story writing for students and story assignment and selection by teachers; story-based dialogue among students and detailed explanation and guidance by teachers in class; and post-class story recitation by students and evaluation and scoring by teachers. In practice, attention should be paid to the reconstruction of the relationship between education theory and teaching practice, clarification of the value orientation of the narrative, effective role changing of university teachers, class size control, and process assessment. The practice proves that the narrative-based teaching mode can reach good result in education.
