随着新兴科学技术的发展,创新型人才越来越倚重跨学科学习和研究的生长模式及学术环境。研究生作为创新型人才的主要输出群体,进行跨学科培养的必要性和优势尽管已形成共识,但在实际操作中,跨学科人才培养在和传统模式冲突与并行的同时,往往会出现一些误区,导致事倍而功半。针对这些误区的生发点,我们需要采取针对性措施予以避免。 |

With the development of emerging science and technology, the cultivation of innovation-oriented personnel becomes more dependent on the training mode and academic environment for interdisciplinary learning and research. As postgraduates are the main source of innovative personnel, the necessity and advantages of interdisciplinary training have been unanimously acknowledged. But in practice, due to the conflict between interdisciplinary training and traditional mode in coexistence, there are some misunderstandings leading to undesirable result. Therefore, the author believes that some specific measures should be taken to avoid the happening of the misunderstanding. |
