导学关系即研究生在导师指导下完成课程学习、参与课题研究、撰写学位论文,并在此过程中学会做学问和做人所形成的一种教学关系。当下人文学科领域中研究生教育导学关系有三种异化的表现:"老板-员工"型、绝对权威型、放任不管型。自由教育作为一种平等、自主、自觉和民主的教育,是重构人文学科领域导学关系的理想选择。树立研究生自主发展观、维护导师身份权威、进行纯粹的学术研究、构筑文化共同体、导师与研究生情感共融是以自由教育理念重构人文学科领域研究生教育导学关系的主要策略。 |

The supervisor-postgraduate relationship refers to the teaching and learning relationship in which postgraduates fulfill course study, participate in research projects, write academic dissertations and learn how to study and form mentality under the guidance of supervisors. At present, there are three abnormal forms in the supervisor-postgraduate relationship in the humanities postgraduate education, i.e., "boss-employee", "absolute authoritative", and "totally unattended". The authors believe that liberal education is the education for democracy, equality, independence and self-consciousness and it is an ideal option for reconstructing the supervisor-postgraduate relationship, particularly in humanities. For this, the authors propose some measures to reconstruct the relationship with the concept of liberal education, i.e., postgraduates set up an independent development concept, supervisors maintain personal authoritative status, and the two sides conduct only pure academic research,build a cultural community and promote integrated emotional relations. |
