| 导师和研究生是研究生教育中的两个基本主体，双方关系状况，直接影响着我国研究生教育的水平；目前研究生教育中存在四种师生关系形态：师徒式、合作式、冷模式、对立式；在导师和研究生相互作用中，导师是矛盾的主要方面，是构建良性互动机制的关键因素。 |

| Supervisors and postgraduates are the two basic parts of the postgraduate education, and the relationship between the two directly influences the level of postgraduate education in China. At present, there are four teacher-student relationship forms in postgraduate education:in specific, master-apprentice, cooperative, indifferent and opposite. In the interaction between the supervisor and the postgraduate, supervisor is the principal aspect, and is the key factor to construct a benign interaction mechanism. |
