      本文分析欧美教育质量认证体系特征和经验,从政策体系、组织体系、实施体系和文化体系等新视角,系统地探讨如何建立中国特色、国际视野的专业学位教育认证制度框架,以期对推动我国专业学位教育认证工作,促进高校内涵式发展,持续提高专业学位教育质量起到积极作用。
英文摘要:
      This paper analyzes the characteristics and experience of the education quality accreditation systems in Europe and the United States. With new viewpoints from policy system, organization system, implementation system and cultural system, this paper also systematically discusses how to establish a professional degree education accreditation framework with Chinese characteristics and international vision. The authors of this paper hope that this study could play a positive role in promoting the professional degree education accreditation work in China, the connotative development in higher-learning institutions and the continued improvement of the professional degree education quality.
