      美国"微硕士"项目由麻省理工学院最先发起,是一项提供研究生水平课程的学位项目。该项目实行线上线下混合培养模式,学习者通过在线学习获得微硕士认证后可申请进入校园学习,进而获得正式硕士学位。微硕士项目体现了在线教育与传统高等教育的博弈与合作,在线教育开始冲击传统高等教育的核心产品—学位,以低廉高质量的教育产品抢夺高等教育市场,倒逼高校主动将在线课程纳入正式的学位项目,实现在线教育与传统学位项目的联姻。
英文摘要:
      The American "MicroMaster" program initiated by Massachusetts Institute of Technology is a degree program offering postgraduate courses. The program adopts an integrated "online and offline" cultivation mode. After online study and obtaining a MicroMaster certificate, people can apply for study in classroom and obtain formal master's degree. The MicroMaster program embodies the competition and cooperation between online education and traditional higher education. Now, the online education starts to challenge higher education for academic degree-the core product of traditional education. This paper concludes that while competing with traditional education for higher education market with high-quality and low-cost products, the online education also forces universities to incorporate online courses into degree programs, and the online education and traditional degree programs become partners in higher education.
