| 随着研究生教育自身的分化发展以及外部环境的变化，建立研究生教育与劳动力市场需求的有效衔接机制是必然选择。当前的衔接机制存在研究生供给结构与需求结构脱节的基础性问题，衔接过程中劳动力市场的运行规则存在问题，最终的衔接结果对产业的升级发展引领不足。针对这些问题，要从研究生供给结构满足需求结构，完善劳动力市场的运行制度规则，探索建立衔接机制效果评价体系三个维度优化研究生教育与劳动力市场需求的衔接机制，以促进研究生教育质量的持续提升以及产业和经济的持续发展。 |

| This paper believes that it is an inevitable option to establish an effective cohesive mechanism between postgraduate education and labor market demand because of the diversified development of postgraduate education and the change of external environment. This paper also believes that because some basic problems exist between the composition of postgraduates supplied and the market demand in the current cohesive mechanism and some problems exist in the cohesion process because of the labor market operation rules, the final result of cohesion registers a weak performance in guiding the upgrading of industry. For solving these problems, this paper proposes that a three-dimension optimization should be carried out to improve the cohesive mechanism between postgraduate education and labor market demand, i.e. to improve postgraduate composition to meet the demand for better composition, to optimize the operational system and rules of the labor market, and to explore a new way to set up a quality assessment system for the cohesion mechanism, so as to promote constant improvement of the quality of postgraduate education and continued development of industry and economy. |
