      我国专业硕士培养规模不断扩大,招生规模已达硕士研究生招生规模的50%以上,对专业硕士就业状况的调查显得尤为迫切和重要。文章对2016年全国12个省份17所高校的专业硕士毕业生就业状况进行了调查,研究发现:近八成的毕业生落实了就业,七成左右的毕业生对就业结果表示满意。男性,东部地区高校就读,读研目的性和导向性明确,本科毕业于重点高校,保研入学,就读了3年,商务类、工程类和公共服务类专业的毕业生,成功就业的概率更高。北上广地区就业,在高校或科研院所、政府机关、医疗卫生机构、国有企业和三资企业工作,从事管理与服务岗,学用相关度和期望吻合度高的毕业生就业满意度较高。同时,高校提供的就业指导服务质量、在实践教学过程中的管理和服务水平、实践导师参与指导的程度都会对毕业生的就业满意度产生重要影响。
英文摘要:
      With an increasing number of professional masters in China, its recruitment scale has reached more than half of the total masters’ enrollment, which indicates that it is particularly urgent and important to survey their employment status. This essay analyzes the employment status of professional master graduates in 17 universities in 12 provinces in 2016, and the findings are as follow. To begin with, approximately eighty percent of graduates achieved employment, and around seventy percent satisfied with the results. It is more likely to get employed successfully for graduates who were male, attending universities in the eastern region, the motivation of attending graduate school is clear, obtaining Bachelor’s degree in key universities, getting admission without examination, studying for three years, majoring in business, engineering and public service. In addition, those who working in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, working in universities and research institutes, government institutions, medical and health organizations, state-owned companies and foreign-funded enterprises, engaged in work regarding management and service, owning high relevance between study and work as well as high match between expectation and reality tended to achieve higher employment satisfaction. At the same time, the quality of employment guidance provided by universities, the management and service in practical curriculum, and the instruction of the practical tutor will have important influences on the employment satisfaction of the graduates.
