| 世界一流大学建设应先选取一批国际公认的一流大学，对其研究、归纳、总结、对比，在借鉴其办学经验的基础之上，寻找规律，立足本国，守正创新，在一流学科与一流大学的良性互动中‘办’成形神兼备的世界一流大学；而不应该先对世界一流大学做出过于精确的界定，依据世界大学排名设计出各种硬性的指标体系，以规定性的指令进行盲目建设。在我国世界一流大学建设中，应坚守文化本位，重点关注我国高等教育体系的调整和改革，以及如何形成具有中国特色的高等教育模式等问题。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| The author believes that when constructing world class first-rate universities, China should choose a group of internationally recognized first-rate universities and study, summarize their experience in running school and make comparison accordingly so as find the ways in their development. The universities in China should, based on the characteristics and in the interaction with the world first-rate universities and their disciplines, innovate new ways to create first-rate Chinese universities not only in appearance but also in content. The author disagrees with the specifically detailed targets set according to the world university rankings and blind construction of Chinese universities according to rigid indicators. The author deems that the first-rate universities to be built in China should based on Chinese culture, with the focal point on the adjustment and reform of the higher education system and on how to create a higher education mode with Chinese characteristics. |
