| 社会组织是全面推进我国研究生教育治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要力量。在建设研究生教育强国、实现教育现代化的进程中，中国学位与研究生教育学会等社会组织，在探索研究生教育规律、加快推进研究生教育综合改革、参政议政、开展第三方评价、加强自身制度建设、建立完整的组织体系等方面，为加快推动我国研究生教育治理体系和治理能力的现代化发挥了重要作用。同时，面对经济社会和研究生教育发展的新形势、新任务，我国社会组织在满足社会发展更高要求、发挥智库角色、提升服务会员能力、扩大国际影响力等方面也面临诸多挑战。 |

| Social organizations are an important force for the modernization of the governance system and governance ability for postgraduate education in China. In the building of a modern education system featuring revitalizing the country with postgraduate education, the Chinese Society of Academic Degrees and Graduate Education and other social organizations play an important role in the promotion of the modernization of China's postgraduate education governance system and governance ability, especially in the exploration of the law of postgraduate education, acceleration of the comprehensive reform of postgraduate education, participation in the administration and discussion of state affairs, third-party evaluation, system construction, and in the establishment of an integral organizational system. Meanwhile, the social organizations in China are facing many new challenges to meet higher demands for social development, play the role of think tank, improve the ability to serve members and to enhance image internationally under the new situation and for the new tasks in the development of economic society and postgraduate education in China. |
