      专业发展是研究生导师发展的重要趋势,推动研究生导师的专业发展已成为研究生教育改革的重要组成部分。研究生导师的专业发展既是依托研究生教学、学术指导、发展管理等方面的工作实践,围绕专业知识、专业能力、专业情意、专业道德、学术等方面的持续提升过程,也是导师在反思中不断发展的过程。研究生导师的专业发展需要组织从机制建设、资源体系和制度建设等方面给予支持,也需要借助伙伴式交流与协作实现提升,更有赖于自身的自主、自觉发展。
英文摘要:
      Professional improvement is an important trend of the self-improvement of postgraduate supervisors, and now the promotion of the professional improvement of postgraduate supervisors has become an important part of the postgraduate education reform. The author believes that supervisor's professional improvement is a continued process in which the supervisor relies on the practical work such as teaching, academic guidance to postgraduates and management development related to professional knowledge, ability, affection, morality and other academic aspects. The author also believes the professional improvement is a process in which supervisors continue reviewing his or her own work. Therefore, this paper concludes that the professional improvement of postgraduate supervisors needs not only support from authorities in the aspects of mechanism construction, resource allocation and institutional improvement, but also communications and coordination among partner supervisors. And more importantly, it needs self-motivated and self-conscious professional improvement.
