      培养模式的优化与创新是全日制教育硕士培养的重要问题,教育硕士培养必须融入到教师职业环境中进行,从教师职业需求出发,通过大学与中学密切合作,突出教育硕士实践能力的培养。本文以全日制英语教育硕士培养为例,探索了基于学科教学实践平台的教育硕士培养模式,进一步明晰了实践研究取向的培养理念,突显了教育硕士的教师专业特色,实现了课程学习、专业实践、论文研究之间的融合与促进,有效提升了教育硕士的培养质量。

      The optimization and innovation of the cultivating mode is a key factor of full-time M.Ed education, and the training of English master students must be in a professional teaching setting. The cultivation of English M.Ed must be in conformity with the requirement for English teachers and in the framework of cooperation between universities and middle schools. Only in this way can we highlight the practical ability in cultivation. Based on the full-time English M.Ed cultivation, this paper explores the cultivating mode on the background of subject teaching practice platform. It further defines clearly the practical teaching oriented cultivation concept and gives highlight to the characteristics of the M.Ed education that features fusion and promotion of course study, professional practice, thesis writing, and effective quality enhancement for enhancing the education quality.
