| 研究生学术伦理的个体与群体共生、自律与他律共存、内在与强制共建的特征决定了制度建设的必要性。本文借助于社会学新制度主义的解释，对研究生学术伦理建设的制度基础进行探究，分析研究生学术伦理制度发展所需的规制性、规范性和文化-认知要素，并就如何改进和完善我国研究生学术伦理制度建设提出了建议。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| The characteristics of the symbiosis of individual and group, coexistence of self-discipline and external discipline and joint development by internal and compulsory efforts in the postgraduate academic ethics determine the necessity for institutional improvement. This paper, with the interpretations from the new institutionalism in sociology, explores institutional basis for the construction of postgraduate academic ethics, analyzes the regulative, normative and cultural-cognitive factors for the systematic development thereof, and proposes how to improve and perfect the construction of the postgraduate academic ethics system in China. |
