| 基于博士生生源质量对研究型大学培养国家高层次创新人才的重要性分析，尝试探究研究生培养全过程的源头——生源质量保障这一主题。以浙江大学博士生招生实践为例，从博士生生源质量目标机制、选拔机制、招生培养协调机制以及招生宣传机制等方面展开博士生生源质量保障机制的研究，同时也提出了进一步完善生源质量保障机制的工作展望。 |

| Through an analysis of the significance of doctoral student source quality to the cultivation of high level innovative talents, this paper aims to explore the start of the whole process of graduate cultivation, namely, the Source Quality. Taking doctoral student enrollment in Zhejiang University as an example, the study mainly focuses on source quality assurance in terms of target mechanism, selection mechanism, coordination mechanism of admission and cultivation, and enrollment publicity mechanism, etc. Meanwhile, the paper also concentrates on prospects of perfecting the source quality assurance mechanism of doctoral students. |
