| 解读英国研究生奖助体系并归纳其基本特征,分析我国现行研究生奖助体系存在的主要问题,借鉴英国的成功经验,从创新研究生奖助模式、关注研究生特殊群体、注重向基础学科倾斜、制定高效的管理办法和加快个人信用体系建设等五个方面,提出完善我国研究生奖助体系的具体措施,以期能够进一步促进我国研究生教育事业健康发展。 |

| The postgraduate financial aid system in the U.K. is characterized by its innovative forms, effective assistance to students, greater support for basic disciplines, efficient management and personal credit system. Inspired by the success of the British system, suggestions are offered for improving thepostgraduate financial aid system in China. |
