| 产学研合作平台是应用型人才培养的最佳途径,良好的校企协同培养机制是这一平台可持续发展的关键。文章以江苏某高校研究生工作站为例,在应用利益相关者理论分析校企协同培养的核心利益主体基础上,提出了协同培养的制度体系、多渠道经费投入机制和利益保障机制等。实践表明,构建和完善利益保障机制,有利于促进我国高层次应用型人才校企协同培养局面的形成,提高高层次人才培养质量。 |

| University-industry joint training provides a sustainable multi-partner cooperation platform for the cultivation of applied talents. With a university graduate workstation in Jiangsu province as an example, this paper discusses its cooperative mechanism, including multi-channel funding and interest guarantee in light of a stakeholder interest analysis. Practical experience shows that the formationof an effective interest guarantee mechanism is beneficial to the growth of top-level applied professionals through university-industry cooperative training in China. |
