      研究生课程的学习在研究生培养过程中具有重要作用,加强研究生课程建设是提高研究生培养质量的关键,尤其是对纠正当前重科研轻课程的现象具有现实意义,而研究生课程建设与教师的专业发展具有相互促进的作用。文章在分析加强研究生课程建设的本然性与实然性、应然性与必然性的基础上,提出促进教师专业发展、助推课程建设的途径和措施。
英文摘要:
      Course learning plays an important role in training and is a key factor in raising the quality of graduate education.It is highly meaningful to correct the phenomenon of overemphasis on research at the expense of course teaching and learning. As it is natural and inevitable that strengthened curriculum development promotes the professional development of teachers, the author suggests a number of measures for curriculum development along with teacher's professional development.
