| 导师的指导限度是一个在实践中十分重要且迫切,但在理论上却一直受到忽视的问题。人们关注更多的是如何加强导师的指导,如何提高师生之间的关系密度,但对于导师的指导限度究竟在哪却鲜见相关研究成果问世。指导限度是影响研究生培养质量的关键因素。导师对研究生的指导一般包括学术指导和人生指导。在学术指导方面,导师不应干涉研究生的学习自由与学术自由;在人生指导方面,导师不应干涉研究生个人价值选择自由。导师的指导在于引导和帮助学生成为卓越的自己,而非任何优秀的"他人"。 |

| In spite of the importance of the issue, the limit of supervisors' advisement has long been ignored. More attention has been paid to how to improve advisementand strengthen the relationship between supervisors and students while few studies have been made on the limit of advisement. The limit of advisement is a key factor that affects the quality of graduate education. The advisementthat supervisors give studentsis generally related to their academic studies and lives. In academic advisement, supervisors should not interfere with students' freedom in their academic pursuit; in life advisement, students' freedom of value choices should be respected. The purpose of a supervisor's instruction is to help students to become excellent people themselves rather than any outstanding "others". |
