      博士生学习动机是影响博士生学业成就和教育质量的重要因素。采用质性方法对某"985"高校的博士生学习动机进行实证研究。结果表明,博士生学习动机是内部动机(学术兴趣、自我提升的意愿)和外部动机(规定的毕业要求、个性化目标)的某种组合,博士生学习动机的影响因素包括任务特性、教学水平、指导水平、学习氛围、个人因素以及经济压力。提出激发和增强博士生学习动机的建议。
英文摘要:
      Students' learning motivation is an important factor that affects the academic achievement and quality of doctoral education.An empirical research is conducted on the learning motivation of doctoral students of a Project985 university by using the qualitative method. It is found that learning motivation is a combination of intrinsic motivation(academic interest, will of self-improvement) and external motivation(degree requirements, individualized goals), and its influencing factors include task characteristics, teaching level, level of academic guidance, learning atmosphere, personal factors and economic pressure. Suggestions are also made to strengthen and increase the learning motivation of doctoral students.
