| 研究生质量保障体系是高校在研究生培养过程中确保高质量培养水准和保持高标准的一个关键机制。渥太华大学在安大略省教育保障体系基础上,结合本校的实际情况建立了完善的研究生质量保障体系,包括对新专业的评估和批准,对已有专业的修订和评估,以及每八年的周期性审查等。本文以其中新专业的评估为重点,通过对渥太华大学研究生质量保障体系中新专业评估过程和指标的分析,厘清了该校研究生质量保障工作的基本思路和模式,为我国校内研究生教育质量保障体系建设提出三条政策建议。 |

| The graduate quality assurance system is a key mechanism to ensure the standard and quality of graduate training. The graduate quality assurance system of the University of Ottawa based on Ontario's education assurance system is characterized by a number of features: evaluation and approval of new programs, revision and evaluation of existing programs, and periodic reviews every eight years. An analysis of its new program evaluation procedures and indicators shows the basic thinking and patterns of the university's quality assurance. In addition, three suggestions are presented for developing graduate quality assurance systems in China's universities. |
