| 引入全面质量管理的理念和方法,构建基于过程的应用型人才培养质量集成管理控制体系;阐述体系的组成及活动,依照六西格玛管理方法将各个培养环节进行DMAIC闭环拆分,从而实施全面质量控制;通过对该控制体系实施前后的毕业生进行问卷调查、统计分析,验证该体系对提高应用型人才培养质量的有效性。 |

| An integrated quality management system is developed for the cultivation of practical talents by adopting the concepts and methods of total quality management. The components and activities of the system are described and every part of training is assessed on the basis of DMAIC for six sigma management to implement total quality control. Pre- and post-implementation surveys are analyzed to verify the efficiency of the system for raising the quality of cultivation of practical talents. |
