      现代高端工程人才培养主要面临行业结合深度不够、保障机制建设滞后、评价体系有待完善等问题。通过对现代工程人才的能力特征进行分析,可以发现高端工程人才需要具备三大关键素养:综合的应用能力、集成的知识结构和开阔的国际视野。上海理工大学在改革实践中,立足于跨领域的行业保障机制、跨学科的质量管理体系、国际化的质量评价标准等三个维度,加强质量监控体系建设,寻找解决现代高端工程人才培养问题的突破口,有效地促进了工程人才三大关键素养的提升。
英文摘要:
      The training of engineering professionals faces a number of problems: a lack of integration with industry, inadequate assurance, and a weak evaluation system. An analysis of the characteristics of modern engineering training indicates three key required qualities: an ability for application, an integrated body of knowledge, and a global vision. Through a reform, the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology has been successful in developing a multi-industrial assurance mechanism, an interdisciplinary quality control system and an international-class quality evaluation standard. With these, it has made a breakthrough in the training of high-level engineering professionals by cultivating their key qualities.
