基于研究生教育与科技发展的耦合性,构建区域研究生教育与科技发展协调度评价指标体系,引入协调度模型并结合层次分析法和熵值法对我国30个省市研究生教育与科技发展的协调程度进行测算,结果表明,研究生教育水平、科技发展水平与二者协调度水平之间具有较强的正向关联性,且我国科教资源分布不均,各地区科教融合程度呈现"马太效应",各省市研究生教育与科技发展协调度差别较大,多数省份处于初级协调或低度失调状态,科技发展水平在很大程度上影响两者的协调程度。 |

A study is conducted on the degrees of coordination between regional postgraduate education and development of science and technology (DST) in thirty provinces and municipalities of China with a special evaluation index system established by coupling postgraduate education and DST. Results show that there is a positive correlation between regional postgraduate education and DST; the Matthew effect is evident with an uneven distribution of education resources from region to region so that the degree of coordination between postgraduate education and DST varies among different regions; there is an initial degree of coordination or a low degree of incoordination between postgraduate education and DST in most provinces; and to a large extent, the level of DST has a huge impact on the degree of coordination between postgraduate education and DST. |
