| 针对硕士研究生科研动机不强这一问题,从社会对研究生的能力期望出发,构建了"逻辑—技能—态度"三个维度的硕士研究生综合竞争能力模型,并基于该模型提出了硕士研究生科研动机培养方法,对统一研究生科研思想,改善研究生学风发挥了重要作用。 |

| Aiming to correct the weak motivation of research by master's students, this study presents a model of comprehensive competitiveness featuring logic, technique and attitude in light of related social expectations. Ways to better motivate student research are suggested based on the model that will help improve students' understanding of scientific research and their styles of study. |
