| 世界一流大学建设的基本逻辑应是,先选取一批国际公认的一流大学,对其研究、归纳、总结、对比,在借鉴其办学经验的基础之上,寻找规律,立足本国,守正创新,在一流学科与一流大学的良性互动中,‘办’成形神兼备的世界一流大学；而不应该是先对世界一流大学做出过于精确的界定,依据世界大学排名设计出各种硬性的指标体系,以规定性的指令进行盲目建设。在我国世界一流大学建设中,应坚守文化本位,重点关注我国高等教育体系的调整和改革,以及如何形成具有中国特色的高等教育模式等问题。 |

| The logic of building a World-Class Universities should be selecting a group of international recognized World-Class Universities at first, then researching on them by the method of concluding,summarizing,and comparing. Finally,learning lessons from them. Based on this, we should try to find the logic of higher education, keeping innovating while sticking to the integrity, then to build a World-Class University which has both unities of form and spirit in the positive interaction of World-Class Subject and World-Class University. Rather than giving a too precise definition of World-Class University firstly, and designing various index system,building blindly with prescriptive command. In the process of the construction of a world-class university, we should also focus on the university culture and the adjustment of the higher education system, also on how to form a higher education model with Chinese characteristics. |
