      目前我国大多数教育硕士培养机构只是简单移植学术性学位的教学模式,并不能满足教育硕士学位培养目标的要求。针对教育硕士学位的特性,需要创新一套以案例教学为核心,包含理论讲授、案例教学、微格模拟和实地实习的“四位一体”教学模式,改变单线条的教学流程,提升整体教学质量,促使培养对象提高理论水平和实践能力。同时还应该建立评估体系,通过反馈完善新的教学模式。
英文摘要:
      The purpose of Master of Education is training the high-level talents who are qualified for the fundamental education and administration. The degree has the characters of academic, practical and occupational. It demands the change of existing teaching mode. So, the new training model can be made in order to improve teaching quality and prompt students to improve the level of theory and practical ability. The new model in which case method acted as the core includes four sectors: theory teaching, case method, simulated teaching in microclassroom and practice on the spot. Meanwhile, we must establish evaluation system to perfect the teaching mode.
