| 研究生培养是一个教学与科研紧密结合的过程,研究生的学习和科研活动全部集中在学科范围内进行。随着社会经济的发展,研究生创新能力的培养日益引起社会各界的普遍关注,而学科文化对研究生的培养的影响是全方位和根本性的。本课题组从学科文化的视角,分析学科文化与研究生创新能力培养的关系,指出目前研究生创新能力培养所暴露出的各种问题均能从学科文化各要素中找到症结,最后从加强学科文化建设的角度针对性地提出研究生创新能力培养的路径建议。 |

| Postgraduates cultivating is a close process of combining with teaching and research. Study and research for postgraduates is completely concentrated on the subject scope. With the socioeconomic development,the abilities of innovation for the postgraduates causes community more and more widespread attention. The disciplinary culture has a fundamental and full-scale influence for postgraduates cultivating. The research group analyses the connection between the disciplinary culture and postgraduates cultivating on a disciplinary culture scale. And point out the questions that in the process of postgraduates cultivating can be found in the components of disciplinary culture. Then proposing the path to postgraduates’ abilities for innovation from strengthening the building of disciplinary culture angle. |
