| 高校重大科技项目团队是培养拔尖创新人才、产出重大原创性科学思想和科技成果的关键平台,在该类团队中构建研究生导学思政体系具有重大的理论和现实意义。高校重大科技项目团队研究生导学思政是团队负责人和研究生导师聚焦立德树人,坚持德育与智育并举,依托导学活动对研究生展开全过程、全方位思想教育和价值引领的教育模式。在高校重大科技项目团队中构建研究生导学思政体系,可以成为团队合作的"黏合剂"、学术产出的"助推器"和研究生全面发展的"方向盘"。为此,构建以目标体系为导向、内容体系为核心、评价体系为关键、保障体系为支撑的科学、系统、全面的研究生导学思政体系,并提出可行的实施路径,以不断推进高校重大科技项目团队研究生教育高质量发展。 |

| Major science and technology project teams at universities are key platforms for nurturing highly innovative professionals and generating significant, original scientific ideas and achievements. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to establish an ideological and political education system based on the relationship between supervisors and postgraduates within these teams. The supervisor-student relationship-based ideological and political education system for postgraduates in major science and technology project teams at universities is an innovative educational model, in which, team leaders and supervisors focus on both moral education and intellectual education and carry out a comprehensive and whole-process education process for postgraduates by relying on academic orientation activities. The authors believe that the ideological and political education system constructed for postgraduates in major sci-tech project teams at universities could serve as an "adhesive" to promote teamwork, a"booster" for academic output, and a"steering wheel"facilitating the comprehensive development of postgraduates. Therefore, the authors propose developing a scientific, systematic, comprehensive and effective ideological and political education system, which is guided by the goal system, with the content system as the core, the evaluation system as the key, and the guarantee system as the support. In addition, they put forward an operable implementation path so as to continuously promote the high-quality development of education for postgraduates engaged in sci-tech project teams at universities. |
