| 对2023年度“全国博士毕业生调查项目”的7093份工科博士生样本数据进行分析,系统探讨校企联合培养对工科博士生创新能力的影响。研究发现:第一,校企联合培养能够显著增强工科博士生的创新意识与创新成果产出;第二,专业认同在其中发挥显著的中介作用,即校企联合培养通过强化工科博士生的专业认同,进而增强其创新意识与创新成果产出;第三,有行业经历以及与行业联系紧密的导师,对工科博士生校企联合培养成效具有显著促进作用。基于此,研究建议进一步完善校企联合培养制度,提升工科博士生的专业认同;重视导师行业经历及其与行业的联系,建立行业专家与导师之间的“旋转门”制度;优化工科博士生的科研评价考核,重视工科博士生的实践创新成果。 |

| By analyzing data from 7,093 engineering doctoral student participants in the 2023 National Doctoral Graduate Survey, this paper systematically examines the relationship between university-industry collaborative training and their innovative capacity. The findings reveal: first, collaborative training significantly enhances engineering doctoral student’ innovation mindset and innovation outcomes; second, professional identity plays a significant mediating role in the relationship, i.e., the cooperative cultivation enhances students’ professional identity, which in turn, boosts their innovative creativity and outcomes; third, supervisors with industrial working experience and close industry connections can positively enhance the effectiveness of the cooperative cultivation for engineering doctoral students. Based on the findings, this study recommends: further ensuring the implementation of the university-enterprise cooperative cultivation system to strengthen professional identity among engineering doctoral students; prioritizing supervisors’ industry experience and connections by establishing a two-way "revolving door" system between industry experts and PhD supervisors; and optimizing research evaluation metrics for engineering doctoral students to emphasize tangible innovation outcomes. |
