| 进入新时代,我国研究生教育面临的问题和挑战越来越复杂,研究生的思想政治教育工作必须予以加强和创新。研究生专业思政是基于其高层次人才培养定位,以问题为导向而提出的一种新的育人理念和模式,其基本思想是在研究生培养过程中,将价值引领与专业知识传授相融通、思政教育与专业能力培养相融合,进而推动人才培养的知识目标、能力目标、价值目标一体发展、共同提高。制定系统的育人方案是推进研究生专业思政的前提条件,压实研究生导师的育人责任是落地见效的关键,而构建多维协同的专业思政育人模式则是其重要的实践路径。 |

| In the new era, postgraduate education is confronted with an increasingly complex array of problems and challenges, making it imperative to strengthen and innovate the ideological and political education for postgraduates. The professional ideological and political education for postgraduates is a novel educational philosophy and a model centered on high-level talent cultivation and driven by problem-oriented approaches. It aims to integrate value guidance with professional knowledge transmission and ideological and political education with professional competency development throughout the postgraduate training process, and its goal is to achieve integrated development and joint improvement of knowledge, ability and value objectives. Therefore, this paper believes that formulating a systematic educational plan is a prerequisite for professional ideological and political education for postgraduates, consolidating supervisors’ educational responsibilities is the key to effective implementation, and constructing a multi-dimensional collaborative professional ideological and political education model is an inherent requirement of this endeavor. |
