| 提升研究生教育思政引领力,是新时代落实立德树人根本任务、服务教育强国战略的内在要求。在理论层面,马克思恩格斯关于人的全面发展与意识形态领导权、列宁关于灌输论与辩证唯物主义的认识论以及中国共产党引导知识分子听党话、跟党走的历史实践,共同构成研究生思政引领力的坚实理论根基。在功能层面,思政引领力通过铸牢政治忠诚、厚植家国情怀、强化科研报国使命,充分彰显研究生教育的政治属性、人民属性与战略属性。在实践层面,需坚持党对研究生教育的全面领导,优化差异化内容供给,压实以导师为核心的育人责任,并以数智赋能推动智慧思政建设,构建全员、全过程、全方位的育人格局。唯有持续提升研究生教育思政引领力,才能培养造就一批德才兼备、政治过硬、堪当民族复兴重任的高层次创新人才,为中国式现代化提供坚实的人才支撑与精神动力。 |

| In the new era, enhancing the ideological and political leading forcein postgraduate education is both the fundamental task of moral education in cultivating well-rounded talent and the intrinsic requirement for serving the strategy of building China into a strong country in education. At the theoretical level, therobust foundation for ideological and political leading force in postgraduate education is constituted by Marx and Engels’ theory of all-round development of human being and ideological leadership, Lenin’s Indoctrination Theory and Dialectical Materialism Epistemology, and the historical praxis of the Communist Party of China in guiding intellectuals to align with the Party’s leadership. At the functional level, the ideological and political leading force fully manifests the political property, people-centeredness and strategic attributes of postgraduate education throughfortifying political loyalty, consolidating the devotion to family and country, and reinforcing the mission of research serving the national strategies.At the practical level, it is necessary to uphold the Party’s comprehensive leadership over postgraduate education, optimize differentiated content supply, consolidate supervisor-led educational accountability, and leveragedigital intelligence to advance intelligent ideological and political education, so as to develop an all-staff, all-process and all-dimensional education framework.Only by continuously enhancing the ideological and political leading forcein postgraduate education can we cultivate a large workforce of high-level, innovative talent who have both integrity and professional competence,politically committed, and have the ability to undertake the historical mission of China’s rejuvenation, thereby providing solid talent support and a source of inspiration for Chinese-style modernization. |
