| 优势学科作为提升国家核心竞争力的关键,其概念的模糊性长期制约建设实践的深化。基于对学科知识、制度与组织三重本质属性的回归,本研究构建起包含“先进度”“支撑度”“匹配度”三维标尺与“校内—省内—国内—国际”四级参照系的综合评价框架。在此框架中,优势学科被定义为一种动态系统:在特定参照系下,通过先进度、支撑度与匹配度的高度协同与动态调适形成显著竞争优势,并可划分为成熟态、发展态、潜力态与孤峰态四种形态。该整合性概念框架为优势学科的精准辨识、系统诊断、战略规划与效能评估提供理论依据,揭示其沿循“非均衡”到“均衡”的动态演进规律。未来优势学科建设需推动三维能力的动态耦合与螺旋上升,实现学科体系发展的持续优化。 |

| Advantaged disciplines are an important support for enhancing national core competitiveness, yet ambiguity in their conceptual connotation has long constrained the deepening of related development practices. Returning to the three essential disciplinary attributes of knowledge, institutions, and organizations, this study constructs a comprehensive evaluation framework that integrates three-dimensional evaluation metrics—Advancement Level, Support Level, and Alignment Level—with a four-tier reference hierarchy of campus, provincial, national, and international benchmarks. Within this framework, advantaged disciplines are defined as dynamic systems that, within a specific reference hierarchy, generate significant competitive advantages through high-level synergy and dynamic adaptation among advancement, support, and alignment. They can accordingly be classified into four states: mature, developing, potential, and isolated-peak. This integrated conceptual framework provides a theoretical basis for the precise identification, systematic diagnosis, strategic planning, and performance evaluation of advantaged disciplines, and reveals their evolutionary logic from asymmetric development to dynamic equilibrium. Future development of advantaged disciplines should promote the dynamic coupling and spiral advancement of these three-dimensional capabilities, thereby achieving the sustainable optimization of the disciplinary system. |
