| 服务产业需求是地方高校学科建设的重要使命,如何建立动态适应产业变革需求的学科发展机制是新时代地方高校面临的重要理论与现实问题。基于动态能力理论,提出“学科动态能力”概念,构建了由环境感知能力、价值捕捉能力、变革重组能力构成的理论框架,系统阐释了地方高校学科建设响应产业需求的动态机制。当前,地方高校学科动态能力存在环境感知钝化与错位、自我评估偏差与价值重塑阻滞以及资源整合不足与创新举措有限等问题。应通过构建多主体协同的产业需求感知机制、完善需求导向的定位与管理体系、深化资源整合与核心要素改革,提升学科设置与产业发展需求的匹配度,推动地方高校学科与产业协同发展。 |

| It is an important mission for local universities to align their disciplinary development to industrial demands. However, developing a dynamic disciplinary advancement mechanism to meet contemporary industrial needs poses significant theoretical and practical challenges for these universities. Drawing upon dynamic capability theory, this study introduces the concept of "disciplinary dynamic capability", constructs a theoretical framework comprising environmental sensing capability, value capture capability, and transformational reconfiguration capability, and systematically elucidates the dynamic mechanism for local universities to develop their disciplinesin response to industrial demands. Currently, in terms of disciplinary dynamic capabilities, local universities face challenges such as blunted and misaligned environmental sensing, deviation in self-assessment and stagnation in value reconstruction, and insufficient resource integration coupled with limited innovative initiatives. Therefore, this paper suggests that, to enhance the alignment between disciplinary offerings and industrial development demands and to promote the coordination between local universities’ disciplines and local industrial growth, efforts should focus on establishing a multi-stakeholder collaborative mechanism for identifying industrial demands, on refining the demand-oriented positioning and management system, and on deepening resource integration alongside core element reforms. |
