      本研究基于钻石模型理论,构建包括研究生教育规模、研究生教育结构、研究生教育资源、研究生教育质量、研究生教育效益五个维度的综合评价模型,通过德尔菲法确定具体评价指标,并结合层次分析法和熵值法计算出指标权重,最后运用构建的评价指标体系对北京地区29所"双一流"高校开展实证分析。研究发现,北京"双一流"高校的研究生教育全球竞争力呈现显著差异,可划分为三类:顶尖型高校在科研产出与国际合作方面表现卓越,达到国际一流水平;中坚型高校作为体系的重要支撑,呈现多元并存、特色发展的格局;专精型高校学科结构相对单一,虽具备专业深度,但尚未将专业优势转化为综合性的全球竞争力。建议构建高校分类发展体系,推动各类高校明晰定位、错位发展,系统性增强我国研究生教育的全球竞争力,更好地服务国家战略需求。

      Based on the Diamond Model theory, this study constructs a comprehensive evaluation model comprising five dimensions: postgraduate education scale, postgraduate education structure, postgraduate education resources, postgraduate education quality, and postgraduate education efficiency. Specific evaluation indicators were determined using the Delphi method, and indicator weights were calculated by combining the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Entropy Method. Finally, the constructed evaluation indicator system was applied to conduct an empirical analysis of 29 "Double First-Class" universities in Beijing. The research found that the global competitiveness of postgraduate education at Beijing’s "Double First-Class" universities varies significantly and can be categorized into three types: top-tier universities demonstrate outstanding performance in research output and international collaboration, achieving world-class standards; Backbone universities serve as vital pillars of the system, exhibiting a pattern of coexisting diversity and distinctive development; Specialized universities have relatively single disciplinary structures; while possessing professional depth, they have not transformed their specialized strengths into comprehensive global competitiveness. It is recommended to establish a classification system for university development, promoting clear positioning and differentiated development among different universities. This will systematically enhance the global competitiveness of China’s postgraduate education and better serve national strategic needs.
