| 产教融合是摆脱我国卓越工程师培养困境、支撑国家重大战略需求的核心路径。基于历史、理论与现实三维逻辑框架,研究发现我国产教融合发展历经从"政策响应"向"系统深化"的转型,融合了多学科理论,并受国家战略、产业升级等多重因素驱动。进一步剖析其作用机理,发现产教融合通过多种途径驱动人才培养体系改革,进而实现卓越工程师的卓越人格塑造、学科知识融通、专业技能锤炼、工程素质培养与综合能力提升。基于此,提出构建多元协同育人体系、打造动态适配课程体系和强化科研实践双轮驱动的具体路径,为我国卓越工程师培养提供理论支持和实践指导。 |

| The integration of industry and education is the core approach to breaking through the bottlenecks in training outstanding engineers in China and meeting the demands of major national strategies. Based on a three-dimensional logical framework of history, theory, and reality, the study finds that its development has undergone a transformation from "policy response" to "systemic deepening", integrating theories from multiple disciplines and being driven by multiple factors such as national strategy and industrial upgrading. Further analysis of its mechanism in the study shows that the integration of industry and education drives the reform of the talent - training system through various means, thereby shaping the outstanding personalities, integrating disciplinary knowledge, tempering professional skills, cultivating engineering qualities, and enhancing comprehensive abilities of outstanding engineers. Accordingly, specific paths including constructing a diversified collaborative education system, building a dynamically adaptive curriculum system, and strengthening the two-wheel drive of scientific research and practice are proposed, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for cultivating outstanding engineers in China. |
