      破解工程专业学位研究生培养与产业需求脱节的难题,亟须突破性的制度设计和实践载体。大学、政府、企业协同共建产业研究院,并将其作为工程专业学位研究生培养的核心平台,是最具可行性和实践价值的改革举措。本文以江西理工大学有色金属领域工程专业学位研究生培养实践为例,在解析工程专业学位研究生培养的现实困境基础上,系统阐述基于产业研究院构建"政产学研"深度融合的工程专业学位研究生培养模式的基本思想、制度框架、核心机制和实践举措,旨在促进人才链、创新链和产业链的有效融合,践行产教融合、科教融汇、理实融通的人才培养理念,为新时代卓越工程人才培养提供新范式。
英文摘要:
      To address the problem of disconnect between the education of engineering professional degree postgraduates and actual industrial demands, there is an urgent need for more breakthrough system design and practice carriers.The most feasible and practical approach to reform involves universities, governments, and enterprises collaboratively establishing industrial research institutes, which can serve as the core platform for cultivating engineering professional degree postgraduates. This paper presents the innovative practices of postgraduates cultivating in the field of non-ferrous metals at Jiangxi University of Science and Technology as a case study. Through an analysis of existing challenges in engineering postgraduates education, this study systematically elaborates the conceptual design, institutional framework, core mechanisms, and specific measures for establishing an engineering professional degree graduate cultivating ecosystem grounded in industrial research institutes and characterized by the deep integration of government, industry, university, and research institutions. It aims to facilitate the effective alignment of the talent chain, innovation chain, and industrial chain, thereby advancing the integration of industry and education, the convergence of scientific research and educational resources, and the synergy between theoretical knowledge and practical application. The proposed cultivation model offers a novel framework for developing outstanding engineering talents in the new era.
