| 以电子信息领域为切入点,创新育人举措,探索构建"思政引领、三融并举、集群赋能、师生共进"的拔尖创新人才培养模式。具体包括:以思政教育为引领,坚定师生科技报国的理想信念;强化"产教融合、科教融汇、国际融通"三融并举的育人模式,培养研究生扎实的专业知识、技能以及创新思维,并通过"引进来、送出去"的方式提高师生国际化水平和影响力;构建"双校联动、校企融合、校地协同"集群赋能的先进育人平台,为人才培养提供强有力的支撑。 |

| This paper takes the field of electronic information as the starting point, innovates educational initiatives, and explores the construction of a postgraduate talent cultivationmodel featuring "ideological and political guidance, three-dimensional integration, cluster empowerment, and teacher-student joint development". Specifically, it takes ideological and political education as the guide to strengthen the ideals and beliefs of teachers and students in serving the country through science and technology. It strengthens the talent cultivation model with the coordinated advancement of "integration of industry and education, integration of science and education, and international connectivity", and fosters postgraduates’ solid professional knowledge, practical skills and innovative thinking. Meanwhile, it adopts the strategy of "introducing talents globally and sending teachers and students abroad" to elevate the internationalization level and academic influence of faculty and students. It also constructs an advanced talent training platform empowered by the cluster mechanism of "inter-university linkage, university-enterprise integration and university-local collaboration", which provides solid support for high-level talent cultivation. |
