      “十五五”时期,研究生教育高质量发展承载着服务中国式现代化的强国使命,适应新科技革命与产业变革的创新需求,契合构建中国特色、世界水平研究生教育体系的改革要求。当前,我国研究生教育培养规模持续扩大,学科体系日臻完善,学术学位与专业学位分类发展格局初步形成,综合改革不断深化。但是,目前研究生教育还存在学术型与应用型研究生培养同质化、学科专业设置不能充分适应经济社会发展需求、拔尖创新人才培养体系亟待完善、科研成果转化效能有待提升等若干问题。面向"十五五"发展新阶段,推动研究生教育高质量发展需要深化分类培养改革,健全学科专业动态调整机制,创新拔尖人才培养模式,完善产学研用深度融合机制,从而为加快建设教育强国、科技强国、人才强国注入持久动力。

      During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, the high-quality development of postgraduate education bears the mission of serving China’s modernization drive, meets the innovation demands of the new technological revolution and industrial transformation, and responds to the reform requirements of building a postgraduate education system with Chinese characteristics and world-class standards. Currently, the scale of postgraduate education in China continues to expand, the discipline system is increasingly complete, the classification development pattern of academic and professional degrees has initially taken shape, and comprehensive reforms are constantly deepening. However, there are still several issues in postgraduate education, such as the homogenization of academic and professional degree training, the inability of discipline and major settings to fully meet the demands of economic and social development, the urgent need to improve the system for cultivating top-notch innovative talents, and the need to enhance the efficiency of scientific research achievement transformation. Facing the new stage of development in the "15th Five-Year Plan", promoting the high-quality development of postgraduate education requires deepening the reform of classified training, improving the dynamic adjustment mechanism of disciplines and majors, innovating the model for cultivating top-notch talents,and perfecting the mechanism for deep integration of industry,academia,research,and application,thereby injecting lasting impetus into the accelerated construction of an education power, a science and technology power, and a talent power.
