      博士生资助体系是影响博士教育质量的重要因素,探讨博士生资助体系建设问题对提升博士教育质量具有现实意义。法国博士生资助体系在40余年的探索发展中,历经国家财政主导的法制化奠基、公立机构管理主体的制度化确立、政产学研协同深化的生态化创新三大阶段,构建了以制度化的博士合同为核心支柱、国家化的奖学金为制度补充、区域化的津贴补助为战略延伸的资助体系,呈现出科研投入与社会效益的相辅相成、政产学研协同育人的四维整合、多主体协同的全方位保障等特征。法国博士生资助体系建设的实践经验,为构建中国特色的博士生资助体系提供兼具历史纵深与现实针对性的制度镜鉴。
英文摘要:
      The doctoral student funding system is an important factor influencing the quality of doctoral education. Exploring the construction of the funding system for doctoral student is of practical significance for improving the quality of doctoral education. Over the past 40-plus years of exploratory development, the French doctoral student funding system has experienced three major stages: the foundation of legalization led by national financial authorities, the institutionalization of management entities of public institutions, and the deepening of the ecological innovation featuring collaboration between government, industry, academia and research institutions. Now, this funding system features institutionalized doctoral contract system that is regarded as its core pillar, national scholarships that are taken as supplements to the system, and regional allowances and subsidies that are considered as the strategic extension of the funding system. The characteristics of the funding system include mutual complementarity between scientific research investment and social benefits, four-dimensional integration of government, industry, academia, and research institutions in collaborative education, and all-round guarantee from multi-entity collaboration. This paper concludes that the practical experience in establishing the doctoral student funding system in France provides a historical and practical institutional reference for us to construct a Chinese-style doctoral student funding system.
