| 针对我国工程博士培养中"跨学科"模式的实践困境,提出构建基于"超学科"思维的融合创新培养理念。基于德、英、日、美顶尖大学工程博士培养的案例分析,发现工程博士融合创新培养模式需实现多重机制转换:人才培养定位从"学科继承"转向"系统架构"的认知维度突破,培养主体从"契约合作"转向"实践共同体"的共育共享关系进化,学术训练从"课程拼盘"转向"学术-产业深度互嵌"的培养生态重构,评价体系从"论文为核心"转向"去标准化"的"学术-产业"协同评价体系。我国高校工程博士人才培养要从"跨学科"的形式走向实质融合,应从根源上将学术训练体系和评价体系与产业创新生态衔接,重构"学术-产业"共育共享共创模式,完善配套制度,解决企业投入动力不足等问题。 |

| In response to the practical predicament of the "interdisciplinary" mode in the cultivation of engineering doctoral students in China, this paper proposes to construct an integrated and innovative cultivation concept based on "transdisciplinary" thinking. Based on the analysis of case studies of engineering doctoral cultivation at world-class universities in Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan and the United States, this paper finds that the integrated and innovative training mode for engineering doctoral students requires several mechanism transformations:a breakthrough in the positioning of talent cultivation from"inheritance of disciplines" to "system architecture" in the cognitive dimension;an evolution of the training entities from "contractual cooperation" to "community of practice" in terms of joint cultivation and benefit sharing relationship; a reconstruction of the training ecology with the emphasis shifting from "assorted course combination" to "mutually embedded reconfiguration of academia and industry" in terms of academic training; a reorientation of the evaluation system from a "dissertation-centered" approach to a "de-standardized" and "academia-industry" collaborative evaluation system. This paper suggests that to support the engineering doctoral student training in China in moving from interdisciplinary mode to substantial integration, universities should fundamentally align academic training and evaluation system with the industrial innovation ecosystem, reconstruct the "academia-industry" joint cultivation and benefit sharing mode, improve the supporting system and help enterprises address the problems of insufficient input motivation. |
