| 基于2011—2021年雇主—雇员匹配数据,系统考察了硕士研究生教育对个体劳动收入的影响。研究结果显示,相较于大学教育,接受硕士研究生教育能够为个体带来显著收入优势,在控制样本自选择偏差后,这一优势依然稳健存在。这一效应通过人力资本积累、高质量就业机会获取和专业匹配三条路径得以实现,并在不同企业制度类型和行业类别中呈现出明显的异质性。本研究有助于深化对教育强国战略背景下个体研究生教育投资回报的理解,并为探究研究生教育与劳动力市场之间的互动机制提供实证参考。 |

| Based on the employer-employee matching data from 2011 to 2021, this study systematically examines the effect of master’s degree education on individuals’ labor income. The research outcomes show that compared with undergraduate education, postgraduate education can bring significant income advantages to individuals. Even after controlling for the sample self-selection bias, this advantage still remains robust. This effect is achieved through three ways: human capital accumulation, acquisition of high-quality employment opportunities, and the match between knowledge acquired and job requirements. However, the effect exhibits significant heterogeneity across different types of enterprise ownership and industry categories. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the returns to individual postgraduate education in the context of China’s national strategy to build a leading country in education. It also provides empirical evidence on the interaction mechanisms between postgraduate education and the labor market. |
