| 优化以学位授权点为核心的学科布局,是破解战略性新兴产业企业高层次专业人才不足问题、激发其内生增长动力的重要政策杠杆。本研究通过构建"学科—战略性新兴产业"匹配关系,实证检验了学位授权点布局对相应战略性新兴产业中企业发展的因果效应。结果表明,学位授权点布局水平每提升1%,能推动相关产业企业发展水平平均提高0.16%。进一步分析发现,该效应通过降低用人成本、促进技术创新和拓宽融资渠道等机制促进了新兴产业企业发展,并且在小型企业和欠发达地区表现出更强的边际效应。基于此,本研究建议以产业需求为导向,因地制宜地调整学科布局,有效促进教育链、人才链、创新链、资金链与产业链的深度融合,从而为经济高质量发展注入动力。 |

| Optimizing the academic discipline layout with authorized degree-conferring units as the core is an important policy lever for addressing the shortage of high-level professionals in strategic emerging industries (SEIs) and stimulating their endogenous growth momentum. This study empirically examines the cause effect of the layout of degree conferring units on the development of corresponding strategic emerging industry enterprises by a model developed for matching relationships between university academic disciplines and SEIs. The results show that every 1% increase in the layout of degree conferring units in a certain region can lead to an average 0.16 % increase in the development growth of enterprises in corresponding industries. Further analysis reveals that this effect has promoted the development of emerging industry enterprises through such mechanisms as those for reducing labor costs, facilitating technological innovation, and expanding financing channels. Moreover, it exhibits a stronger marginal effect in small enterprises and in underdeveloped regions. Based on the research, this paper suggests that we should align with industrial demands and adjust the layout of disciplines according to local conditions, effectively promote the deep integration of the education chain, talent chain, innovation chain, capital chain and industry chain, so that we can inject impetus into the high-quality economic development. |
