| 专业学位研究生联合培养基地作为深化产教融合、培养高层次创新型应用人才的关键载体,其治理效能直接影响育人质量。在松散耦合视域下,联合培养基地可呈现治理主体兼具独立性与协调性、治理目标融贯异质性与一致性、治理结构统合开放性与内聚性、治理逻辑平衡自主性与统一性的理想图景,但却存在广泛性阻碍、持续性缺失、协调性紊乱、过程性失序等源于治理主体边界封闭、治理目标价值离散、治理结构权力博弈及治理逻辑路径依赖等深层原因的治理壁垒。可通过塑造可渗透边界、嵌入价值共识、完善制度规制、依托数智技术等路向的合作治理,实现联合培养基地的最佳治理效能。 |

| Joint training bases for professional degree postgraduates serves as a critical carrier for deepening industry-education integration and cultivating high-level applied talent. The governance effectiveness of the bases directly determines the education quality. Under the lens of Loose Coupling Theory, such a base can present an ideal tapestry where the governance entity operates independently while also playing a coordinating role, its goal features both heterogeneity and consistency, its structure integrates openness and cohesion, and its logic balances autonomy and unity. However, some deeply-seated barriers to be grappled with still exist, including extensive obstruction, deficient sustainability, disordered coordination and procedural disorder - all resulting from the closed boundaries of the governance entity, the discretized value of governance goal, the power struggle within the governance structure, and the path dependence of governance logic. Therefore, this paper suggests that to realize the best governance effectiveness of the joint training bases, we could take some collaborative governance measures, such as shaping permeable boundaries, adopting common understanding of values, improving institutional regulations, and leveraging digital intelligence technologies. |
