      政策导向下产教融合的深化对工程硕士校企联合培养提出更高要求,合作效力不足对人才培养质量造成掣肘。校企围绕卓越工程人才培养目标,通过高效交换资源构建互利共生合作关系,是提升合作效力的关键。对A大学与两家科技龙头企业合作育人现状调查发现:校企资源依赖关系在内外部因素驱动下不断演变,选择资源组合策略是关系优化的核心动力,合作效力取决于依赖关系与策略的协同适配程度。为激活环境约束、资源依赖关系与资源组合策略的良性互动,双方需精准识别并增进资源依赖关系,依托自身优势培育异质性资源,动态调整资源组合策略以优化匹配度,实现产教协同育人高质量发展。
英文摘要:
      The deepening of policy-driven integration between industry and education places higher demands on the joint university-enterprise cultivation of engineering postgraduates, while the insufficient cooperative effectiveness constrains the quality of talent cultivation. The solution to enhancing cooperative effectiveness lies in the high-efficiency exchanges of resources between universities and enterprises for building a mutually beneficial and symbiotic cooperative relationship centering on the goal of cultivating outstanding engineering talent. A status quo investigation on the collaborative education between University A and two leading technology enterprises reveals that the resource dependence relationship between the university and the enterprises is constantly evolving under the drive of internal and external factors. The selection of a resource portfolio strategy serves as the core impetus for optimizing the relationship, and the cooperative effectiveness is contingent upon the synergistic alignment between the dependence relationship and the resource portfolio strategy. This paper suggests that to activate positive interactions between environmental constraint, resource dependence relationship, and resource portfolio strategy, the two sides should accurately identify and improve resource dependence relationship, leverage their own advantages to cultivate heterogeneous resources and dynamically adjust resource portfolio strategy to optimize alignment. Only in this way, can they achieve coordinated high-quality talent cultivation through industry-education collaboration.
