| 突破传统博士生培养中过于侧重"确定性知识"的僵化思维,摆脱传统路径依赖,解决拔尖创新人才培养体系不健全、创新能力不足以及缺乏标志性、颠覆性创新成果等问题,亟须构建以"博士生"为中心、以"能力"为驱动、以"培养拔尖创新人才"为目标的"金种子基金制"博士生培养新模式。该模式聚焦原创性研究与跨学科融合,在招生环节跨越传统流程束缚,实现从"选知识"到"选能力"的关键转型;在培养环节,打破学科壁垒与资源分散困境,依托导师组协同指导、"项目制"资源链接及个性化方案设计,重点培育博士生原创性研究能力、跨学科融合能力与成果转化能力;在评价阶段,破除"唯论文数量"的单一导向,构建过程性考核、阶段性成果、终极性贡献相结合的多元评价体系,推动博士生教育从规模扩张向质量提升与创新驱动转型,为新质生产力生成与科技自立自强提供人才保障。 |

| With the purposes of breaking through the rigid thinking in traditional doctoral student training that overly focuses on "deterministic knowledge", getting rid of traditional path dependence, and solving the problems of incomplete training system for top-notch innovative talents, insufficient innovation ability, and a lack of landmark and disruptive innovation achievements, the authors focus on the study of the development of a new "Golden Seed Fund System" doctoral student training mode that centers on doctoral students and is driven by ability for cultivating top-notch innovative talent. This mode features original research and interdisciplinary integration. In the admission process, it breaks free from the constraints of traditional procedures and achieves a crucial transformation from "knowledge selection" to "ability selection".In the training process, it breaks down disciplinary barriers and the predicament of scattered resources. Relying on collaborative guidance from the group of supervisors, "project-based" resource linkage, and personalized program design, it focuses on cultivating doctoral students’ original research ability, interdisciplinary integration ability, and achievement commercialization ability. In the evaluation stage, it breaks away from the single orientation of "quantity of papers" and develops a diversified evaluation system that combines process assessment, phased achievements, and ultimate contribution. This mode promotes the transformation of doctoral education from scale expansion to innovation-driven quality improvement, and provides talent support for the generation of new quality productive forces and for China to achieve self-reliance and self-strengthening in science and technology. |
