      交叉学科博士生培养目标是交叉学科博士生教育的首要问题,在博士生培养活动中具有逻辑起点与价值锚点的重要作用。为科学认识和合理设定交叉学科博士生培养目标,本文对交叉学科博士生培养目标的设定主体、内容、价值等三个元问题进行追问。结合交叉学科博士生培养目标的现实偏差,指出交叉学科博士生培养目标建构的可能逻辑在于:一是要构建多元主体协同的培养目标共建机制;二是要形成要素明确的培养目标结构化框架;三是建立学术与战略价值动态平衡的培养目标管理机制。
英文摘要:
      The training objective of interdisciplinary doctoral education is the foremost issue in interdisciplinary doctoral training, acting as both the logical starting point and the value anchor in doctoral education activities. To scientifically understand and rationally establish the training objective of interdisciplinary doctoral education, this paper examines three meta-issues related to the training objective, namely, the entity that sets up the objective, content and value. In light of the practical deviation in the training objective, this paper points out that the possible logic behind constructing the training objective of interdisciplinary doctoral education lies in the following: first, a multi-entity collaborative mechanism established for jointly formulating the training objective; second, a well-structured, training objective framework developed with clearly defined elements; and third, a training objective management mechanism introduced for dynamic balance between academic value and strategic value.
