| 优秀大学生夏令营制度作为高校在研究生招生环节中探索建立的前置性人才识别机制,最初旨在通过搭建学术交流平台,实现高校与学生的双向适配。随着招生自主权扩大与优质生源竞争加剧,该制度逐渐成为招生体系中的策略博弈场域,运行机制日益复杂。本文从博弈论视角出发,构建高校与学生互动博弈矩阵,系统考察双方从合作均衡到博弈失衡、再到失序竞逐三阶段的动态演化过程。夏令营制度在参与者规模扩张、信任弱化与规范缺失等多重作用下功能逐步异化,最终陷入"囚徒困境",导致选拔失灵、资源错配与信任崩解等系统性风险。基于此,本文提出功能再定位、制度再设计、治理再平衡的三维路径,旨在推动其回归研究生教育的价值本位,服务于高质量人才选拔目标。 |

| The summer camps for outstanding college students is a mechanism developed by universities to pre-emptively identify postgraduate candidates. Initially, it was aimed at building a communication platform for two-way selection between universities and undergraduates. With the expansion of independent enrollment autonomy and the increasingly fierce competition for high-quality applicants, this mechanism has gradually become an important factor in the strategic arena of enrollment system, and its operation has become more and more complex. Starting from the perspective of Game Theory, this paper constructs an university-student interactive game matrix to systematically examine the dynamic evolution involving the two sides across three phases: cooperative equilibrium, game imbalance, and disordered competition. The summer camp mechanism, which was once an effective innovation, has gradually deviated from its original function under the combined influence of the increase of participants, weakened trust and the absence of norms, and eventually fallen into a "prisoner’s dilemma", which lead the mechanism to systemic risks such as selection failure, resource misallocation and trust collapse. Based on the findings, this paper proposes a three-dimensional approach, featuring functional repositioning, institutional redesigning, and governance re-balancing, to reset the mechanism to its postgraduate education value orientation so as to better serve the goal of selecting high-quality candidates. |
